Don’s Cadillac Cabernet is not to be trifled with. It’s a quandary in its field of fellow Cabernet Sauvignon’s for its refusal to abide by a tasting profile typical to the grape. While it does in fact contain flavors and aromatics of black currant, burnt cedar, baking spices, and dark berries, its mouthfill is such that you might confuse the wine for something else entirely. A clean, flawless taste, seemingly hidden of all tannins. So keep your wits about you, because this wine could get dangerously good!
